A program for current and new customers designed to reward customer purchasing and brand loyalty and to incentive them to shop more frequently.  A rewards check, redeemable in-stores only, are sent out by mail when spending milestones are reached, see below for screen shots.

Customers sign up for the program at an in store kiosk or online from home.  Once signed up for the program, you have the foundation for capturing pertinent data about your customers. They receive a card and key tag mini card to use when making purchases and the rewards cards are scanned with every purchase.

Purchases are captured allowing totals to be tracked for achieving rewards checks and allowing the collection of data.  (Frequency of shopping, the items and amounts purchased, coupons used etc)

Customers will automatically receive reward checks, good only in store, causing them to return to the stores to redeem.  You can also incorporate specials or coupons when reward checks are mailed.  Reward amounts are at predetermined levels: For example you receive a $25.00 reward check for $250.00 worth of purchases.

The program allows for E-Mail blasts direct to the customers with specials and coupons, information and event listings driving them to the store. RMG builds the site, maintains it, coordinates all activity and handles the rewards processing in house.

This rewards program helps increase initial purchase amounts and return customer purchases. Simple and Direct, need to only enter store provided account number and member phone to gain access.
